Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• The item was purchased directly from our website.
• The return is requested within 30 days of delivery.
• The book is in its original condition — unused and undamaged.

Replacements

We will gladly replace items if:

• Your book arrives damaged or defective.
• You received the wrong title or edition.

To request a replacement, please email us at info@bookselaunch.com with your order number and a photo of the item received.

How to Return a Product

1. Email us at info@bookselaunch.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We’ll respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions and a shipping label (if eligible).
3. Pack the item securely and drop it at your nearest postal location.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or defective.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• You’ll receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed.
