At Bookselaunch, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our return and replacement policy below:
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item was purchased directly from our website.
- The return is requested within 30 days of delivery.
- The book is in its original condition — unused and undamaged.
Replacements
We will gladly replace items if:
- Your book arrives damaged or defective.
- You received the wrong title or edition.
To request a replacement, please email us at info@bookselaunch.com with your order number and a photo of the item received.
How to Return a Product
- Email us at info@bookselaunch.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll respond within 24-48 hours with return instructions and a shipping label (if eligible).
- Pack the item securely and drop it at your nearest postal location.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or defective.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- You’ll receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed.
